The project “Health and Smart Youth”
On November-December of 2021 training for children “Prevention of Psychoactive Substances and Alcohol Consumption” held in Kaisiadorys and Panevezys Districts
During the training, the causes and consequences of the use of psychoactive substances, the entire course of the addictive disease and the possibilities of assistance were reviewed. Participants were taught how to find ways to strengthen a person’s confidence, to include meaningful activities into the life plan, to strengthen or seek hobbies by resisting the use of psychoactive substances, inappropriate friendship. The training, consisted of a theoretical part and practical activities, discussions, group work, a review of therapeutic film, allowed the children to stay focused and remained involved throughout the training. Training duration is optimal. Most of the students had questions and were actively involved throughout the training.

On 5 November 2021, trainings on the implementation of the JPSPP model were held for the representatives of the municipalities responsible for the implementation and further maintenance of the model.
